  2. Long ends may work to the surface after use or vacuuming. Never pull these ends out of the rug but rather trim them even with the rug’s surface.

  3. Clean spills and spots immediately. Never rub a spill, always blot to prevent fraying of the yarns.

  4. Periodic professional cleaning is recommended.

  5. Use an Oriental Weavers rug pad under all rugs, even indoor/outdoor rugs. Refer to the rug pad section to browse the complete assortment or ask a sales representative for a recommendation. Using a rug pad will extend the life of the rug.

We ship freight exclusively to the 48 contiguous states, excluding Hawaii and Alaska. Orders over $199.00 qualify for Free Shipping, while orders under $199.00 incur a flat $19.95 fee.

Orders received Monday–Friday are processed the same day. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday are processed the next business day. While we do our best to provide accurate estimates, lead times are not guaranteed. Typically, orders depart the facility within 3–5 business days of processing; however, shipping durations vary by brand and can take longer. Arrival of Goods

Freight delivery times depend on the carrier's schedule and routing. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. The carrier will contact you to arrange delivery, and you must be present to sign for the shipment.
